We have grown and become two circles! We meet monthly, but at different times and venues, when we talk about or latest read.

The formula is still the same – democratic decisions on choice of books for reading during each “term” (winter, spring/summer, autumn).  In one term, we may focus on an author or a particular theme.  The aim is to enhance the pleasure of reading and try out friends’ recommendations, especially of books and authors we might not normally choose for ourselves.  Sometimes we might watch a DVD or have an outing.  The   last, to Flora Thompson country, was most enjoyable.
